Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment’s progress.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

5. Lost or Damaged Items:

In the event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we can not offer international shipping at this time.
